      <image:caption>Below, you can see the existing COVA chat bot experience next to our new and improved white label experience. The new COVA chat bot elevates three interchangeable tasks at the top, followed by four key FAQs. If these elevated suggestions don’t meet the user’s needs, they can type specific questions into the input field. In addition to improving the overall experience of using the chat bot, we also remedied many ADA violations, mis-alignments with approved partner branding, and usability issues.</image:caption>

      <image:caption>We wanted to avoid strictly grouping content into FAQ-type categories like ‘Payments’ or ‘Rewards’. Instead, we decided to sort content into buckets that align with the milestones in the user’s onboarding journey. This approach helps the user avoid gaps in knowledge by creating a natural path for them to learn about the entire ecosystem. We also decided to approach our designs through a lens of flexible modules. That way, white label content could easily be removed for partners that it doesn’t apply to without effecting the overall structure of the page.</image:caption>

      <image:caption>In order to login to any existing Citi accounts, a user currently has to create a username and a password. To expedite the account creation &amp; login process for Buy Now, Pay Later, we introduced a new way of authenticating a user - through one time password. We wanted the product to remember a user once they’ve used the service once before, so we realized we would need two different user flows for a new user vs an existing user.</image:caption>

      <image:caption>Once a user is approved for a Meijer card, they can use their digital temporary account barcode for up to 4 hours. They can access this digital barcode from within the ‘Card Details’ section of their Meijer card dashboard, but they will also receive a text message with a link to a landing page url that shows the barcode. We had to create an entirely new flow showing this temporary account barcode landing page experience, including what happens once the page is expired.</image:caption>
